We expect to begin construction of the Center of New Residential Culture in 2009. The year 2009 will see the beginning of the construction of phase 1 which will cover a surface of 14,426 m2 with investment value of 15,868,600 EUR. In 2010, the construction of phase 2 & 3 will begin with a surface of 15,387 m2, and an investment value of 16,925,700 EUR.
